    Suggested itinerary (8 hours)

    1. 08:00

      Pick-up at your Paris hotel

Your English-speaking chauffeur meets you in the lobby. Sedan or 7-seater van, bottled water and wifi on board.

    2. 09:15

      Arrival in Giverny

Door drop at the Fondation Claude Monet entrance — no parking hunt, no walk from a coach drop-off.

    3. 09:30

      Monet's house and gardens

Pre-booked timed-entry recommended. Walk the Clos Normand flower beds, the Japanese bridge and the water-lily pond.

    4. 11:30

      Museum of Impressionisms

A 5-minute stroll from Monet's house. Rotating exhibitions on impressionism and its legacy.

    5. 12:30

      Lunch in Giverny

We can book you a table at Hôtel Baudy (Monet-era artists' hangout) or a lighter option at Le Jardin des Plumes.

    6. 14:30

      Optional Vernon detour

Old Mill on the Seine, the half-timbered houses of rue Carnot, or a quick Château-Gaillard add-on.

    7. 15:30

      Return to Paris

Drop-off at your hotel by 17:00. No fixed coach schedule, no waiting in line.

Good to know before you go

    Recommended arrival window

For the Claude Monet Foundation, early-morning (9–10 AM) or late-afternoon (3–5 PM) arrivals are the smoothest. Your driver fine-tunes the pickup time accordingly.

Book your Monet tickets in advance

In high season (April–September), time slots at the Claude Monet Foundation sell out quickly. Book tickets online before your transfer date to skip the queue.

    Plan a relaxed return

For a calm return to Paris or your airport, allow a buffer after the visit or a lunch in Vernon. Your driver stays on call and adjusts the departure time.

Winter closure of the Monet Foundation

Claude Monet's House and Gardens usually close from early November to late March. Off-season, we propose alternative Normandy circuits: Rouen, Honfleur, La Roche-Guyon.
